Privacy Policy & Spoken Data Governance
At ZharfAva, we recognize that telephony interactions between enterprise representatives and customers contain mission-critical information demanding the highest levels of legal, physical, and logical safeguards. This document outlines our structural principles.
1. Total Data Sovereignty & Sovereign On-Premise Deployment
In sovereign enterprise deployments, the ZharfAva platform operates entirely within your organization’s private infrastructure (air-gapped networks, private clouds, or isolated DMZs). No raw audio frames, parsed transcripts, or analytic metadata ever leave your secure network perimeter. Physical and cryptographic governance remains 100% under your internal cybersecurity team.
2. Automated PII & Financial Redaction
ZharfAva features proprietary real-time redaction pipelines that identify and replace sensitive entities (such as 16-digit payment card numbers, national identification numbers, passwords, and security CVV2 codes) with tokenized tags prior to transcript persistence or supervisor display. Audio timestamps corresponding to masked content can be automatically silenced based on regulatory policy.
3. Zero Third-Party Model Training Leakage
Customer voice and text datasets are strictly ring-fenced. Your enterprise conversations are never ingested to train public, multi-tenant foundational models or shared across competitive accounts. Any bespoke domain fine-tuning remains the exclusive intellectual property of your organization.
4. Granular RBAC & Immutable Audit Logs
User authorizations (QA analysts, team leads, department heads, system administrators) adhere strictly to least-privilege principles. Every platform interaction—including audio playback, transcript search queries, rubric score modifications, and export operations—is cryptographically recorded in tamper-evident audit logs.
